At Luxury Promise, we guarantee the authenticity and quality of every item we sell; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all security tags remain attached and the item is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back in its original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the Luxury Promise security tag is intact and the RMA form is included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity tags, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
